Who holds your information
Revenue Throttle ("we", "us") sells exclusive, pre-qualified leads to law firms. This policy covers the information law firms and their staff give us through revenuethrottle.com, workers.revenuethrottle.com, and our calls and messages with them. Questions: info@revenuethrottle.com.
What we collect
What you type in. Your name, firm, work email, phone number, firm website, the states and case types you want, your current and planned case volume, and anything you write in a free-text field.
What your browser sends. The page you submitted from, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the time of submission, your approximate country, and your browser's user-agent string. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on these pages.
Calls. If we call you or you call us, we may keep notes of the conversation. We tell you before any call is recorded.
Texts and email
We text you only if you tick the optional SMS box on our form. That consent is separate from submitting the form, is never required to buy from us, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers below that send messages on our behalf.
What we do with it
- Reply to your request and schedule the call you asked for.
- Prepare a quote for the states and case types you named.
- Run the service if you become a client: delivery, reporting, billing and support.
- Keep records we are legally required to keep.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your information.
- Share your mobile number or SMS consent for anyone else's marketing.
- Add you to a list you did not ask to be on.
Who else touches it
Only service providers that run our business for us, under contract, and only for that purpose: website hosting (Cloudflare), our CRM, calendar and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), and email (Google Workspace). We disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship plus the period the law requires.
Your choices
Email info@revenuethrottle.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop calls and email. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Children
These pages are for law firms. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this page changes
We will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes to how we use SMS consent will never apply to consent you gave before the change.
